Pros: They care their customers and they do their best to please their customers. You can definitely trust them. The staff is really friendly and kind. Cons: Do not expect high quality job. If you have a new car consider a dealer. My experience: First attempt: Wrong installation Second attempt: Correct installation with a chipped windshield Third attempt: Correct installation-good windshield-cracked plastic piece used.

The men called us with a great estimate compared to other companies and agreed to come out on a certain date. Unfortunately they had car trouble on the agreed upon date but they came the next day as promised. Good job. Thankful to get the windshield replaced and have the truck usable again.

I shopped around for someone to replace the windshield on our SUV. ASAP offered the best price and was available the next day, so I chose to go with them. The install went fine, but we began to notice water leaking after the install. When I called Tim to let him know, he denied it being due to their workmanship, and said it was because of the slope of the driveway (of our house that we lived in for years prior without any leaking). He eventually agreed to send Anthony out to check and repair the windshield as needed. Anthony was great, and he said he didn't see a leak, but would reseal the bottom of the window anyways. The leaking continued after this and eventually lead to the Amplifier burning out due to the water leakage. I've tried calling Tim at the office and his personal cell, but he has not answered or returned the call as a result of the voicemail left detailing the issue. They work cheap, but the quality of the work is questionable and the follow-up to stand by they're work is terrible.

"Sorry for your bad experience...But...That's not exactly what happened or what I said. I asked If you see where the water might be coming in...And you said...No but the carpet is getting wet...and I said..It is probably coming from your in cabin vent...and not the windshield it happens pretty often when it rains really hard or your driveway is pretty slanted...So I sent Anthony out to make sure and reseal it just to make sure. He tested the windshield and didnt see any leaks...And I have not heard from you since...Not a call or message...I did take a couple days off and had someone else answering phones for me...But this is the first I heard of you after Anthony looked at it. And that is the truth! I will be in office until 6pm today give me a call . And we will do our best to resolve this problem."

Windshield was replaced at my home. Arrived on schedule for my appointment, noticed that there was a scratch in the glass so suggested he get another windshield and come back the next day. I appreciated the fact that they inspected the windshield prior to installation and did not install damaged merchandise. Came back promptly the next day. Great price, great service, done at my home...overall excellent!

The windshield was replaced and the dash got damaged. They have been calling me every week to let me know that they will take care of the damage and give me a status. What I habe been told is that due to the recent hail storms, the service company they use are backed up. The windshield was dirty when it was installed and the clean up wasn't complete however I won't complain because the price was much lower than the competition.

The work was done fine (no air coming through, no water leaks, etc.), the price was competitive, and they showed up on time. So, on those accounts, this is a fine company to hire. We were simply put off by the clean-up they didn't do - they left goop and shavings all over the exterior and interior of the car, as well as leaving the new windshield dirty and with sticker backings on it, which I then had to clean up and vacuum. So, I feel they could have been a bit more professional - but, for the work they performed, they did a fine job and I wouldn't have any problem hiring them on that basis.

Great. Why I used them again. Got initial info from Angie's List. I don't use AL that often, but seem to keep a subscription because of good experiences like with ASAP. Our tech was Anthony and his son as helper. I actually gave the scheduler the wrong model year. Anthony was on phone making calls to find the correct glass in stock. He then drove over to pick it up, and finished the job later that same day. We will definitely use them again. The price was very competitive, not the cheapest but 30 percent less than some of the bigger national companies. Most important to me was their concern to do the job right!

I called in the morning, described the crack in the windshield and was told it would almost certainly need to be replaced and was given a price for the replacement. The installer (Don) came out that afternoon, called before he arrived and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately, he didn't have the molding for the windshield but he offered to make one. I decided I wanted the manufacturer's molding (added $30) and Don made an appointment for the next day. Same thing - phone call about 30 minutes away, arrived on time, replaced the windshield and explained the care necessary until the adhesive set. He was friendly, professional and the windshield looks great. Straight As for response time and professionalism.

Called to advise he was 20 minutes away and then called upon arrival. Explained what he did and why as he worked. Did an excellent job. No wasted time. Professional workmanship. Will definitely keep this service company on my contact list. Completed the job in under one hour.

It went very well. They called the morning of the appointment to explain that they had a problem with their supply truck and asked if they could reschedule to the next day (Friday). When I explained that I was planning on leaving on a trip on Friday and needed my car they told me that it would be no problem they would make sure that my car was fixed on Thursday (the day of the appointment). The technician showed up a few hours later, replaced the windshield and did a good job. The only issue I saw was that I am missing a small plastic piece that covers the screw on the top of the car. I think it was there when they left but it must not have been in good because after I drove the car I noticed it was missing. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Called the company that day, got a quote from Tim (the owner) and he scheduled the install for that afternoon. They come to your house, and have a brand new windshield on your car in less than an hour. The guy, Don, called when he was on his way and they were very professional and courteous. Quick workers. Made sure my tag, inspection and toll tag items were removed from my old windshield and re-installed on the new one. Great job!

I was very impressed with the response as I called on Monday and they scheduled me for the repair on Tuesday. The technician arrived on time and called before coming. The replacement was done quickly and efficiently, even putting all my inspection, etc. stickers back on the new windshield. I was extremely satisfied and the windshield comes with a life time warranty.

I called Wednesday morning around 9 am and got a quote. The owner said they could do it that same day for that price at my work. We scheduled it for around 2 pm. He had apparently given the wrong address to the installer but at least it was only just down the street (wrong number, correct street). The installer was still only minutes away. He met me in the parking lot. I waited while he took out the old windshield and put in the new. He was efficient, polite, and professional. I didn't time it but I think it took about 40 minutes at the most. I would use this company again.
