AA Automotive Services

This latest trip was not the first time I've taken my car or my mom's car to them. I fill out their form, of what I need done, they work on it and it's good to go within a day or so. They've said when I did NOT need something worked on and they've said when they think I should bring it back to do something else. If they are seriously concerned, they say so and if it's a and quot;nice to haveand quot; they say so too. They've made sure my car was safe to drive since it's a classic car. VERY grateful for the care and concern they give to my car.
I asked some members of the classic car club I belong to about the repair costs, they all agreed that it was a very fair price for the work. Some said that if the service was great, they'll take their cars there as well. Well, it was!
The time before this trip, I had to have the Camaro towed from my house to their shop. The tow truck company told me they were going to charge me over $100 to go less than 5-miles. AA Automotive called them and told them that I was NOT to be charged that amount and lowered it to $35 FOR me! THAT is customer service! THAT is why I go back and recommend others to go too.
Also, they not only LOVE working on my old car, they also KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! Other mechanics salivate over working on classic cars, then don't know jack about what they're doing. I'm VERY impressed with AA Automotive.

I have been using this automotive place for 10 years now! Chris, the owner is great and I can always get our vehicles in and out. I always know that everything is fixed and they do not over charge me. They only fix what needs to be fixed!!!

I have used AA Automotive for all my auto service needs for the past 10+ years. I would not trust anyone else to work on or service my automobiles.

We've used this shop several times and they've always done an excellent job at a competitive price.

He's fixed everything from A/C, brakes (he'll even tell you when it's not time yet! who does that??) Examines the car and tells you want you need fixed and what you don't need fixed. He can repair anything. I drive all the way from Allen to Lewisville for him to repair my car, and I have to arrange for transportation so it's a pain..so clearly its worth the trouble.
