Update: Gave the opportunity to rectify the situation he acknowledged the issue and is unwilling to fix it. Due to the original installation being done incorrectly and with sub-par/used parts. His excuse was he installed where another unit was. Yes, however that unit was smaller and insufficient for the square footage meaning a larger unit was needed and installed. The space around to get circulation is no longer adequate, he said to hire whoever came out to look at it and told me this information. He wasn't going to help me.

MSE AC called us immediately upon our request, came out 10 minutes later, and fixed the problem within minutes for a very reasonable fee. I'm so glad I went to Home Advisor and was connected to a reputable company! We had an appointment scheduled with another random company who told us they would come out within 4 to 7 HOURS! All of the other reviews about MSE are correct! They are TOP NOTCH, honest, and very reasonable! You'd usually have to pay HIGH DOLLAR to have someone come out to fix a problem that fast - but we were only charged their regular rate. The repair man came earlier than promised and offered to come at an early date. He was swift at diagnosing the problem.

It's always scaring using a new home service. But, I have to say this was the best a/c experience I have ever had. Mr. Garza was at my home earlier that expected which was very appreciated. He explained the repairs and it was very affordable. He was extremely personable and very professional. I will definitely use this company again.

Zeke was prompt, courteous and the AC worked when he left. Everybody should work at this level and life would be a lot better.

Mr. Garza called within 20 minutes of my posting on Home Advisor and said he could be by in 30 minutes. We had been waiting 2 days for the "One Hour" guys to arrive. He arrived in 25 minutes and promptly started his diagnostic evaluation. It turns out there is nothing wrong with our system, it was over pressurized. He released pressure and was very professional and gone in 15 minutes. Mr. Garza is honest and professional and I will always call him first!

Zek is a great man, trustworthy. did a excellent work and did not over charge. showed up on time. the other companies had problems going up on the roof but Zek did not. he checked everything. very professional and thorough. explained everything to us so we understood what he was doing.

Zeke was very straight forward and professional. He went the extra mile in finding parts for my older unit. He spent more time than one might expect, but it was worth it. He showed me and explained what the problem was, how he could repair it, and what it would cost. He, also, gave me several options before he began.

Vic, came right on time, know exactly what the problem was, he to explained it and took no time to fixed it. Vic is also professional and easy to work with. we are living in a condo in galveston texas, our building has 155 units, I can guarantee that Vic name will be pass around in our building for any A/C or heating needs. I highly recommeded.

The charge was more than I thought it should be. At $140.00. For what he did. The other one I used would charge $65.00 but he is retired now. He wanted me to buy a new thermostat at $65.00, I paid $300.00 for the one I have now which I bought when I put in the system. He was on time and seem to know what he was doing.

Always came when he said he would. Showed me the problem. Went out of his way to get parts ASAP. Very nice person.

These are guys were awesome. Yes, they did all of the stuff that you should expect like show up on time, complete on time/ on budget all in a respectful and friendly manner. But the extra dozen miles is what made us real believers in MSE & Heat... Around 9pm, about 4 hours after the crew left, we noticed that a second AC unit, one they did NOT work on, was operating strangely. I was certain that it was a mistake they had made. Well, the supervisor came out right away to fix the problem. It turns out it was NOT related to their work and was a mistake I made, not MSE. But they made it all work properly so that we were cool and comfortable! Our units are getting old. When we must replace them I am only making one phone call to award the work... I'm calling MSE!
