+ -1 moreTwice I was able to connect with Mr. Demers by phone and he promised to call me back. Unfortunately, he never did. It would be more honest to tell me that he simply didn't have time to take on any more work, but he chose to leave me hanging. This leads me to believe that he has no respect for his customers, potential or existing.
Description of Work: No work done because I called twice to schedule a walk-thru with Mr. Demers and he never returned my calls.
