BOSWORTH AIR CONDITIONING

I needed them to come out and check the installation of a previous company's work. When I spoke with a technician, he said the previous installation was poor and they had to rig the system with an overflow pan to make unit service properly. Tech thought it was a poor installation and thought some things needed re-done. The second tech came out and said that he thought it was a very descent installation and there was no problem. 2 days later I noticed that hot air was coming out of one of the vents. I called the owner and he responded by saying, "There is no way one of his technicians could have done this." He did say he would send someone back out. The same crew came out, before they even looked at the unit, they said that if this was an improper installation that there would be an additional charge even though a week earlier I had hired them to check out the installation. When they got up in the attic they determined that the previous work that they had done (that they did not tell me about) had pulled out duct work in another location. They said the reason this was happening was because the other company had not installed the vent properly and that is why it pulled loose. Bosworth obviously had not been consistent with their first visit to tell me something completely different during the second visit. I found that Bosworth's work was sloppy and their evaluation of the installation was inconsistent.

THE GUYS THAT CAME TO THE HOUSE AND FIXED THE UNIT WERE EXCEPTIONALLY WONDERFUL. I REALLY LIKED THEM.
