The job that they did was better than I could have done.

The initial bid by Fernando Amador was $1780.00 which after he checked the celling from the attic . I was under the impression that the entire celling needs to be replaced. On arrival hos crew had only 2 sheets of Sheetrock. Pricey for 2 sheets of Sheetrock but I Agree. The price went up after I questioned the insulation that was lost when part of the celling was removed. The additional cost was another $250.00. he said the paint I purchased was not enough but he used it anyway. When it did match the rest of the celling there was yet another extra charge of $180.00 for painting. I'm not unsatisfied with the work and I'm glad it's over. The total price for 2 sheets of Sheetrock and paint ended up as $2210.00

They were on time and very courteous. They cleaned up and worked good. They did a very good job and I have a beautiful screened in patio. I would recommend them and will hire again.

Fernando and crew were on time as informed and polite as well as easy to work with. I would recommend Amador 7 days a week, as a matter of fact Iv'e contracted Amador to do another project for my home.

Professional, timely and friendly. They were always on time from the day for the estimate through completion of the job. They always make sure other areas were protected and wrapped and cleaned up after themselves each day. Pricing was affordable. We had one question about some work after they left and they were very timely to return almost immediately the next day to address it. I highly recommend this team. We would use them again.

On time and professional gear work and value

Two men hired by Amador painted ceilings. Had only one ladder. Must have taken turns. Kept closing bedroom doors; I kept opening them. It was scary because I dont know if they were fooling around with my personal things. The owner, Fernando, hired these two men but never bothered to introduce them. Fernando did not stay while the men were in my home.

Not prepared for the job and missed so many spots. Also, did not repair small holes in the wall.

Fernando did an excellent job on my house painting project. But his assistant caused several problems getting paint on a rug, gouging a hole in my kitchen linoleum, paint spatters on my purse and stainless steel trash can, etc.

Fernando was very professional , great customer service and he went over and beyond the work that was quoted. I had him paint my Interior condo and he did a excellent job.
