The roofer caused knot holes in the decking when they installed the shingles.  Did not repair or replace the items stated in initial proposal.  If you have Able Roofing put your roof on -- you are setting yourself up for more problems than you had before

We contacted 8 roofing companies before deciding upon Able Roofing.  Able Roofing came out within one day of requesting a bid.  They and only one other company actually climbed up on the roof to inspect it before giving a bid.   They were the lowest bid. They gave us a written estimate.  We requested a complete breakdown of costs, including any extra costs for extra work that may need to be done after they stripped off the old roofing material and could actually examine the deck.  After we accepted the bid, they came out within 2 days to begin work, which took only 2 days.  They were very friendly and honest and upfront about all work.  They cleaned up the property and even came back a couple of days after Labor Day weekend to pick up a few extra scraps they had missed.  We plan on using them again for 3 roofing jobs.  We highly recommend that you get a bid from them as you consider your roofing job, and please ask questions.  They are very straightforward about answering questions.  A++++ rating.

Job went well.  Interrupted by rainy days in mid-July, took about a week to complete.  Cleanup involved sweeping yard with magnet to get old nails.  Clean-up was good.  Some difficulty re-hanging gutters because Hardy plank was of a different guage than old lumber.

The old roof was sagging in spots and the gutters were hanging down. Able did a great job replacing both. There were several workmen, so the job only took one day and part of that day it was raining. They were all nice and very professional about what they did for a living. The entire old roof was taken away by Able and dumped. We have told our friends about them.

Able Roofing is a very reputable company, so when I needed my roof replaced, I trusted them to do the work. My house is about 1000 square feet, and the men did the work in two days. The roofing company came and tore off the old shingles, replaced them with new shingles, and cleaned up all the nails and debris before leaving. Able Roofing did a good job, and we have had no problems with the roof.
