It went very well. He called me back immediately after called his business number. He arrived within an hour. He knew immediately what the problem was. He fixed it then did some checks and we were done...simple and fast

My experiences with this company have been great in that he comes cleans the unit outside makes sure I have what ever services needed and I dont need to see him again until the next year
