Description of Work: This is a local landlord in Texarkana, Texas. He has lived here all his life. I moved to Texarkana from out of town and rented a duplex off of this man. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE RENT OFF THIS MAN. His duplexes are low quality and he doesn't update them until something COMPLETELY BREAKS. He will beat around the bush the cheapest way possible and make alot of excuses. For example, I was without a good air conditioner for over 5- days and still counting and his first attempt was to blow more insulation in the attic, which didn't have enough to begin with. The temperature actually increased after this because that was not the root of the problem. The root is the 1970 air unit and 100 degree Texas weather. He said he would have an expert talk to me about how it won't cool much below 80 degrees in 100 degree weather. Well, of course not with an old rotton air unit. Many little problems with his units that he doesn't care about, he just wants the rent money, doesn't care what his properties look like. I had no reason to dislike this man and break the lease early before as I was brand new to town. I learned all about him in 3 months before I planned to move out.
