My 2014 personal company  truck was taken to Texarkana Auto Body on 7-21-2015. On 9-18-2015 they called and said it was ready. When I got there it had used parts and missing parts. I had to bring the truck back 3 different times for more repairs. 1st, the brand new hood had a dent in the center about the size of a nickel, missing a part that goes between the bumper and radiator. The pads on the bumper and the valance was faded almost grey instead of black like the ones that was on it before my wreck. The front end shimmies at about 45 mph, which they blame on the new tires. The truck also has a diesel smell coming out of the air conditioner,  and their response was to turn on the cabin circulation.  I did not have this problem prior to the wreck.  The windshield was leaking air, the rearview mirror wasn't installed properly and it shook so bad I couldn't even use it . When they removed the windshield to reinstall, they put gouges in my dash so bad they had to bring someone from another company to fill and resurface the dash, which still looks poorly done.  I also went to put my sun visor down and the mirror was also broken from the wreck. All in all, they fixed only the visible damages somewhat. I talked to Kim and got very little help. I then went to the owner and talked to him about all the problems and the length of time this all took. He then made excuses for ever complaint that I had. I just picked the truck up on 11-4-2015 and I still have the diesel smell, the mirror still shacks and I still have a bad shimmy in the front end... This is very POOR work and a very POOR company to do business with. I will never use them again...

I was in an auto accident on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. The car was towed to Texarkana Auto Body Works the following day, Thursday, February 26, 2015. I was told by staff on Friday, February 27, 2015, that mycar would be inspected either than day or Monday, March 2, 2015. When I called on Tuesday, March 3, I called to check on it and was informed that the damages had not been evaluated yet because the shop had two cars on their lifts that were waiting on parts and "those cars can't be removed from the lifts until the work is complete." It was late afternoon on Thursday, March 5 before they ever inspected my car. (A full week after they received the vehicle) When I called that afternoon, I was told that my car would be ready for pickup the next Friday, March 13. However, when I called on Thursday, March 12, I discovered that it would not be ready as scheduled, and it would be another week, until Friday, March 20. The next Thursday, March 19, I was actually contacted by a member of their staff to tell me that my car would, again, not be available as scheduled. This was the only time during this whole process when they contacted me. They told me that it would be ready on Thursday, March 26. On March 26, it was still not ready. I was then promised it would be complete by noon the next day. That did not happen either. At 4pm on Friday, March 27, it was not yet completed. They say it will be ready for pick up on Monday, March 30. In calling my insurance company to file a complaint, I discovered that the body shop reported the work being complete on March 26, which it was not, and that they were supposed to have replaced a tire damaged in the accident. The shop, at this point, has my spare tire on this wheel. I was only contacted by them once during the 32 days they have had my car. I was repeatedly assured that my car would be ready by a certain date without that being true. They lied to the insurance company. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in years. I will never take another vehicle to this establishment.

Awesome customer service! The owner gave me detailed, personalized attention by explaining the problems with my vehicle and how they should be repaired. All of the employees who I encountered were very professional and courteous. The work that was performed on my car was high-quality. I was totally impressed by the company! I am so happy that I chose to take my vehicle to them. I was happy to see t hat a local company had such advanced technology and capable employees who were so knowledgable about the latest advances in auto body mechanics. When I returned to the business to get my car the owner was in the lobby area and he was talking to someone. He ended his conversation and greeted me. I was in total shock! He made me feel very special!

After my accident occurred, I was running behind on getting to the body shop on time, but when I called, the manager told me not to worry about it, he was willing to wait until I could get there. Not a lot of places would do that. Throughout the time it took in order to order the parts required to repair my car, actually do the physical repairs and then repainting all that had to be painted, the shop manager or one of the office personnel would phone me to give me updates on how the repairs were coming and give me estimated times on when it might be done. When there was a delay on getting one of the parts in, the first thing they did was call me to let me know, but when it did come in, they put a rush on it so that it wouldn't make it later than the estimated time when I got my vehicle back. Extremely impressive in my opinion. I never had a complaint from start to finish, and sadly to say, I usually complain about just about everything, lol.
