Superior Movers

They haven't responded to my concerns. They damaged my furniture and I can't get a response back from them. I have about a $2500 entertainment armoire that they broke and the corner loosened because they kind of moved it across the carpet and not lift it. I have my girlfriend's gift and antique that I will have repaired and they put a dent in the front of my brand new front load load washer and I've gotten no response back from them. I'm still looking for things because they didn't label my boxes well. I'm having a very difficult time because of that finding my things like my counting card, my dishes, my silver ware and I still haven't found them. I didn't get everything that I asked for them to move and I had to go back and load stuff  myself which a lot of it I had to leave because I just physically could not do it.

It was a great experience. It went well. They are a good moving company and they do what they say they are going to do. They are reasonably priced.

they were late getting to house we were moving from but after getting there everything went smooth
crew performed jobs well we only had a minor mishap (scratch on floor). Shane (manager) took care
of the problem without delay. all in all it was a very good experience.

We had come across the perfect house for us unexpectedly. I called Shane with Superior Movers, on recomendation of a freind. He came by the next day and looked at what we needed for our move. We were fighting a timeline since we found the house by accident and our lease was up where we were living and had only a week to move or renew our lease. Shane was very freindly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked with us on getting us scheduled to move during the week and have time to get the old place cleaned up and ready to turn in on the 31st. The crew was very freindly, professional, and attentaive to the items that are particularly special to me. They came in about 9 in the morning started right to work and had the entire house loaded and were on the way to the new house by noon. When they got to the new place, it was not far, the guys set up my furniture where I wanted it and put all our boxes where I had asked them to, so it would be no problem getting set up. The whole move took them about 6 hours and they did not scratch a thing, they even brought in some appliance that my sister had given us and left in the garage the night before, put them in place without question or extra charge.This was the first time I ever used a full service mover, believe me we will never move ourselves again, the experience was unbelievable, all I had to do was unpack the boxes and put stuff in cabinets and on the wall. The price was very reasonable for all the service they provided and exactly what Shane had told me it would be. I have recommended them to some people at church and work, and I know they will be as pleased as we are. Superior Movers lived up to their name, they were Superior in every way, service, professionalism, and attitude. Samantha Lowery
