After many failed attempts to get issue resolved by a homeowner's warranty company's and quot;preferredand quot; servicer, we called Stuart's. Within minutes they identified the problem. Turns out it was some shoddy work by a previous contractor that was causing the issue. The guys from Stuart's recommended that we contact the previous contractor as the work had been done within the last year. They also volunteered to come back when the contractor arrived to provide some expertise and point out the issue and refused to accept payment for service. Previous contractor resolved issue under warranty thanks to Stuart's and the guys from Stuart's could have easily taken on the job but chose integrity instead. If my heat or air has ANY issue in the future, I'm definitely calling Stuart's!

Wonderful! Very satisfied with their work. Always very prompt and courteous. They know what they are doing and have very reasonable prices.

I had been taken advantage of by another contractor and needed help. My son explained the problem and they were very helpful. We called and they said they would be there within 45 minutes. They came out right away. Fixed the capacitor within minutes and were done. They did a wonderful job. They were professional and friendly and so nice to work with when I had a problem that needed immediate attention. Air conditioning is very important to me and with the temperatures we have it is great knowing I can call them and it will be fixed and they won't over charge me as I have been in the past. I highly recommend Stuart's to everyone. I will use them every time I have any heating or a/c problems.

They are always prompt on their service and probably are some of the most courteous and trusting people that we can ever use in a business. The quality of their work is absolutely perfect. We have no questions and no problems. They are extremely reasonable in their pricing. They are competitive as anybody. We would continue to use them in the future.
