SILVER NEEDLE TAILOR SHOP

Wow, this was the worst experience by a "so-called" business I have experienced in Texarkana!  After charging around $100 to alter jeans, the employee cut them too short as per our discussion.  Then, when asked how to remedy the problem, another employee began screaming at my wife and I in a foreign language.   I can only assume all the screaming was surely all very nice and comments.  LOL!  Then, the original rude employee began telling my wife that the way he cut the jeans was how she 'really" wanted them.  Again, not how she asked for them to be done.  The jeans had never been worn... brand new with receipt in hand.... over $370 worth of jeans... ruined!   The employee then said we needed to take him to court.   Obviously he was used to the complaints!!!  He then followed us to our vehicle outside threatening us and wanting to fight.  Very professional.   I highly recommend this place --- "to all my enemies."  Otherwise cut your own jeans off, throw them in the trash yourself, save a week in the shop and $100.   Good shopping and beware of this business!!!
