Shelby's Service Center & Tires

They had to drop the tank to get to the filter, which wasn't cheap. I think their pricing is a little on the high side, but I compared around so it wasn't the worst. I would give them a "B" on their pricing, but they do good work. They're good on their responsiveness. You bring your car to them, so their punctuality would be an "A". They got the work done that day, so same-day to perform the service. There were three workers that I came into contact with. They explained it all to me, but I already knew that my fuel-pump was bad. They could lower their price a little bit to improve their service. I've always found them to do good work, as far as quality of work, and that's the most important thing to me: quality of workmanship. I wouldn't go back if I thought they didn't do a good job. I think they do a good job. It was clean when I got my car back. You couldn't even tell they had been working on it.

Shelby's worked me in the same day I called, did not make me wait when I got there and was friendly to deal with.  I highly recommend them as honest because I came in believing I needed to replace a shock or strut.  And they did not charge me at all.    So far the lubrication has done the trick.

I love this place! It is family owned. I like to say it is a place that I trust to do the right work and not try to rip me off.
