Steve was very thourough checking in the attic and the unit outside.

as i said, i wasn't here. but they came quickly and got it fixed in one trip at a resonable cost.

I discovered the furnace was not working when I returned home after several days absence. On the next work day,Monday, I phoned Reliant Air. I was told they could come today. Since I was at work, I asked if they could call me 15 min before Darrell arrived so I could unlock the door. The office phoned me shortly after we had made these plans & asked to change the repair time to later in the day. This was agreeable to me. I was phoned as promised, Darrel was prompt. explained what the problem appreared to be, showed me in the furnace & procured the part from his truck. Within less than 30 minutes it was repaired and the heat restored. He asnwered questions I had & compared repair of the 15 yr old system vs. replacement. There was not pressure to upgrade, only the facts.
