Vets and staff are knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and professional. Cat receives the gentlest therapy & is much more mobile. Dog loves his groomer, is clean & clipped, happy!

They were very concerned and were very thorough with the exam. They even taught me things about a chinchilla that I wasn't aware of without making me feel stupid. Thankfully she had already almost gotten over her injury since it was not serious and they were very careful to tell me that I could go to the expense of xrays if I wanted to but by the physical exam they thought I would be wasting my money. I was most impressed that they just didn't say they needed to do them just for the money. They offered pain meds for her but also explained that it could make her re-injure herself because she wouldn't feel the pain. They gave me options and let me make the decisions with no pressure. They gave great advise and I will be back!

The people were excellent. They were very attentive and really seemed to want to take care of her. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back.
