They showed up on time on the day promised.  Base repair took a day, with the liner being placed in the following day.  Three days of adding water to the pool (24k gallons, 32x16 foot pool with a 9 foot deep end) and they returned and finished up.

Excellent service.

Terrible!

This company came out to look at the location for the pool. He said they'd dig about 8 inches off the top of the ground. They came out dough at least a foot deep. It came a rain for about 5 days. On Monday they came out pumped the water out of the hole, the next day they put the pool up. No problem til the liner started sinking down from gophers tunneling under the pool. He said it was not his fault the gophers tunneled under the pool. Did not even try to make it right. I had 18 ft above ground pools all over my yard before he came to install this 24 ft pool. Not once did I have problem with gophers causing my pool to cave in..I would not recomend this company to any one. I drive 50 to a 100 miles to buy parts for my pool because of the man's attitude which is rude, rude, rude. He's the Doughboy pool dealer. They really should take his franchise away from him.
