We had an outside AC compressor that was one step from the grave so we decided to replace both the AC and Heating units with new. From the beginning, Matt the Owner, was professional and easy to work with. Matt and his crew were on time and even though it was one of the hottest days of the year, these guys worked in our attic all day without complaining. They were careful of our floors and put down large cardboard in the areas where they were walking and bringing in equipment. They found a problem with our old unit that our existing AC service company should have found and fixed during their semi-annual maintenance visits. Lone Star completed the job on time and made sure they cleaned up any area they worked in. We could not be happier and will refer Lone Star to our friends and relatives.

He also found a terrible leak, and suggested we prepare to replace the unit. He was very happy toand quot;patchand quot; our problem so we wouldn't be uncomfortable (100+ degree weather!) and did it all in a timely manner. He gave us a bid for a new unit, which we will be purchasing from his company as soon as the weather cools off a bit.
His professionalism in business was exceeded only by his character. We will definitely be using Lone Star Heat and Air for all of our needs in the future. Highly, highly, highly recommend this company!

This company is the best. They are trust worthy, respectable, knowledgeable, and punctual. I was impressed to know that they wanted to take care of our home as well. When the technicians came into our home they removed all their shoes at the door and began laying sheets down on our floors so their would be no harm done to anything. I will definitely use them again. We would recommend them to anybody. Our unit is working great and we are staying cool.
