+ -1 moreThe unit was a used unit and they guaranteed that it would work, they warranted they unit and from the day the unit.Was installed there was problems. They agreed up front that they wound bring the unit up to standard in which that never happened. We latter found out from the light companies that they did not get a permit from the city to install the unit and the our lights would be turned off and we might have to pay a fine. They finally took care of that. The last straw is the blower fan no longer work so to keep from honoring there warranty they accused us of sabotaging the unit as if we want to sit in the heat. They said the bearing are out on the blower which could not have been caused by us.
