Repair washer. We'll below other repair centers prices

It went well. I was told my washer's control panel needed to be replaced. They called me back with the price which we between $500 and $600. I opted to check new washer out and could get a new one for that price so that is what I did. I do want to say that the service man was very nice. I feel the service call fee was over priced at $75.00 plus tax. Because of that I don't know if I would reuse them.

The repairman was on time and very helpful. He diagnosed the problem and we agreed to the repair. He returned with the parts needed; however, once he got into the machine, he discovered another major problem. He was very up-front about both the repair and the cost. Due to his expert advice, we decided the washer ultimatley would cost more to repair than it was worth and choose to not repair the machine. He could have very easily just repaired the current problem with the washer and left the machine to break down again within weeks. He did not, nor did he use it as an opportunity to try to hard-sell me a new washer. I will definatley use Gaither's Applicance Service in the future.

Very prompt, friendly and courteous service. The repairman checked the washer, could not find out why it stopped working but got it working again. Checked the fridge and had to order a new module for the ice maker. Returned to install the module and realized they had ordered the wrong part. Ordered the correct part and returned to install. It only took one business day and the part was cheaper than originally expected. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again on any future issues.

Excellent service! We will definately be back if something else goes wrong with our appliances.
