I am so grateful to Forza for their excellent and courteous service. After YEARS of complaining to Volvo about problems they couldn't find, Forza diagnosed the problem in a day. They gave me frequent updates on the work done and cost. My HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

BAD VERY VERY BAD, by his own admission he took the electrical system completely apart blamed Eddie at Wrights for using junk after market parts, then has retracted these statements to Paul at Wrights I going to court with. 10 months my Land Rover resided at Forza Motors and the bill was Huge, if you want it done he will eventually get there but time is not a priority to Forza, Doubt he knew what he was getting into just said he fixes Land Rovers, well given the time my work vehicle was down I lost a ton of business. 10 months on a repair Landrover USA should have taken no longer than a week to 10 days.. Classic Deceptive Trade and Practice.

I had to take my BMW down to have some dreaded leaks fixed. There is NO such thing as cheap repairs when it comes to BMW's, you have to bite the bullet and then pay someone. My Father told me years ago..... and quot;You get what you pay for,and quot; I have found this NOT to be the case when it comes to repairs on BMW's. I moved here not too long ago, so I didn't have and quot;The Hook Upand quot; when it comes to auto repairs, I was on my own and dreaded every minute of it. I just knew I would find a shop that said they can work on BMW's, only to find out that they charge an arm and a leg, but know nothing about how to work on a BMW. When you're new to an area, this can be quite the dilemma, or should I say quite the COSTLY dilemma? I was expecting to pay an exorbitant amount and finding out I still had problems with my baby, (I don't like entrusting her to just anyone). I took the plunge and called Forza Motor Cars LTD, who promptly set an appointment for me. I dropped off my vehicle and was told that there was a fee to perform diagnostics on the car. I figured that was normal (no one works for free), what I didn't expect was the answer to my question..... If I have you (Forza), make the repairs on it after you diagnose it, will the diagnostics fees be absorbed into the repairs? Forza's answer..... and quot;Yes Sir, we only charge for diagnostics only.and quot; Meaning if they diagnose your car, then you take it home and do the repairs yourself, you're going to owe them for diagnosing it for you. I thought everyone knew that. I have to say I was very impressed with the service my BMW received! Not only did they use quality (BMW OEM), parts on the great repairs they made, but they fully detailed my car. I mean they scrubbed under the hood, the interior, the wheels/tires, they vacuumed and even waxed my car. I have actually been holding off on leaving this review, because I wanted to see how they would handle my situation if I had to bring it back to them, to fix their repairs. Well it's been a few months and I have not yet had to contact them to right their wrongs. Everything has been as advertised so far. If something comes up in the near future and I have to return it to them, for some reason, I will come back and let you all know how it went, good, or bad. If you have a European, or exotic type of car, believe me..... You want to make an appointment with Forza! You are going to pay a little more than your average shop fees, but you will NOT be getting your average shop service. That, I guaranty! I do not work for, have friends who work for, nor am I in any way associated with Forza Motor Cars LTD, I am just a happy customer trying to get and quot;The Hookupand quot; out to everyone that needs to hear it.
