I called with a customer service question on last Thursday and left a message for agent to call me, later in the name an assistant called, not the person I wanted to speak to. Told her about the question she said she would call me back. Today I called back because I never received a call. She still did not know an answer to my question. Told her I wanted the agent that I first called to talk to, to call me. When he did he was nothing but rude! Tried to say I was lying about when I had originally walled then when I tried to express my concern he was so rude it took everything I had to not scream at him over the phone! I could not believe that someone in that line of work that deals with customers constantly could be so rude! This company used to be top notch & I would have recommended them to everyone, but not now! The last two times I have dealt with them I have been met with rude uncaring people!
