Reasonable waiting time. Usually less than 10 minute wait. After losing two primary care doctors who went to other places, we chose to use Nurse Practioner Andrea Heflin as our Primary Care Physician. Very happy with Andrea's care and compassion. She personally contacts us with test results and to check on status. This Christus St Michael Senior Clinic is very good for seniors because not only do they specialize in geriatric care, but they are also very knowledgable about Medicare requirements and billing so we don't end up with unneccesary treatment (due to other doctors and specialists). Highly recommend this clinic and in particular, Ms. Heflin.
