The level of cleaning was not very good. Nothing was ever deep cleaned, they only quickly did the surfaces. The worst part was that they ruined our expensive dining table and chairs by using the wrong cleaning product on the table and not wiping it off. The table ended up with water spots all across the surface and on two of the chairs. When we reported this to the cleaning service, the owner came to investigate and agreed they were at fault. She offered to replace the furniture but NEVER did. We waited months for her to replace it and she always apologized for not having ordered it yet when we asked the status. We never got a replacement and got tired of her games. We ended up switching to a service we could trust and that spent more time and really cleaned the house each visit.

House Cleaning
Set up appointment on Monday the 24th. Told her I was coming in to East Texas from Ft. Worth to have my sick, elderly Dad's house cleaned and that it was a major job that I wanted to accomplish while I could be there for a few days and that I may not be able to come back this summer. The service no-showed and never has tried to get back to me to explain. We had spoken on the phone three times (ahead of the appointed time) to make sure everything was scheduled so there is no excuse for not trying to come at all while I was helping my Dad.
