Did not arrive at my home until 7:30 pm, was supposed to be there by five. Once they tech finally came he was very rude.

First tech came out and had no clue. He called another tech who corrected the phone issue but was told internet issues is because too many people in my area have internet and there is not enough bandwidth for all the customers. They will be upgrading when they get the funds for the upgrade. Many times my service just goes offline and comes back on. I have 50 meg service and most times I only get 18 to 20 meg.. Download speed is much slower than I pay for. Their service department has gone downhill. When you call the local phone number during business hours your call can be routed to any of their other 40+ systems or their home office in Phoenix. These non local people seem to have no clue. They blame everything on the government forcing them to go ALL digital. This was mandated over 10 years ago and given time to comply. They waited until the last moment and now do not have staff and recourses to take care of issues that have been occurring prior to ALL digital. Currently, it appears that this is all they are trying to get through.

Not good.  They still have not fixed it and it has been over a month almost two months. 

I've been with cableone for well over 3 yrs and I regret ever going with them! Our bill just keeps getting higher and higher and our internet never even works! Its pointless calling for support BC all you get is the automated system which just tells you to reset your router. Tried that and obviously it doesn't work! I even scheduled a tech to come out and they never showed or called! I will be cancelling my service asap! I've had enough of it!
