They were good. I plan to use them again when I sell my home. We got a call from them that morning, that they were supposed to come in between 8-12. They didn't end up moving us until 4:30 that afternoon. I had to call them about 4-5 times to get this set up for them to come out in the first place.

The move went extremely well.  The estimator came to my home in Washington, right on schedule, and the estimate came through with a little delay, with a telephone call from me required before I received it via email.  Unfortunately, the estimate was for someone else's move, not mine, and that required another delay but not a serious problem.  The estimate was for the actual move and did not include a dollar amount for the packing.  I was told that he couldn't imagine me going over the minimum required for the packing so my expectation was that the minimum would cover the cost of my packing.  It did not and the final bill was far more than I thought it would be.  That all sounds pretty bad but here is the good part.
The packers came in right on time and they were just excellent.  They worked steadily for a day and a half and the boxes were "packed heavy".  There was no extra space in the boxes and they used every bit of space  they could.  I have a lot of china and crystal and there was no breakage.  There were approximately 100 filled boxes.  They actually ran out of boxes at one point and were preparing to go back to get more but instead, I drove into a nearby town and bought some more.  At billing, I was credited with the cost of the boxes and mileage and we saved a lot of time. 
The movers were also right on time and were somehow able to get all my things into one truck.  I have moved many times over the years and this crew was the best.  Bill's Movers does not hire casual labor at the loading site nor the delivery site.  They have full time employees who make the trip on the truck and they know what they are doing.  Fantastic!  The driver does not just drive, but is right in there with the loading and unloading.  They arrived at the destination just as expected and the unloading went just as well as the loading.  I have a baby grand piano and they took it apart and put it back together expertly. 
I am nearly entirely unpacked now and have not found anything broken nor missing.  How much better could that be?  That's why I'm not upset about the packing estimate, but you should be more careful about that than I was if you don't like surprises.  Under the circumstances, the charge was not too high, the estimate was just too low.

It was 110 degrees and they were working like it was 72 and cool outside.  They were so great I bought them Subway and Gatorade. They were even there an hour early. I would highly recommend them!
