In 2016 I had hired Realtor Agent Nancy Tate of Century 21 All Points Realty to sell my house; term 5.5% commission. If another realtor sold it then Ms. Tate receives 2.5% and the selling agent receives 3.0%, as an incentive. When a potential buyer made an offer Ms. Tate did not write it up due to contingencies. Consequently I lost offer I had put on a new home, which left my belongings on an 18-wheeler for 10 days when my house sold and not having found another home. Then Ms. Tate charged for her and the selling agent each 3,0%. I did not see immediately due to all the confusion. Eventually, after complaining to closing office and Realtor Company I received a refund. Closing day was set for July 1st. Bad timing since I had to pay mine and buyers closing costs I also had to pay the buyers first month mortgage for the whole months of July; that's how mortgage companies work. If it would have been set for June 28th or 29th I would have to pay for these last days only. Ms. Tate is not a valuable assistant to clients; would not recommend her. What a nightmare it was.
