The cleaning was NOT good. I actually allowed them to clean my house every week for over a month.....each time explaining very nicely what needed to be cleaned. The last cleaning was a "DEEP CLEAN" and was suppose to be a thourough cleaning for my Annual Christmas Party. When my wife and I returned home, there was lint on the floor of the laundry room, counters were not wiped off, and there was toothpaste on the mirror. This was the straw that broke the camels back. We paid double the price for the "deep clean", and got a terrible result.POSITIVES: The manager refunded $60 of my $130 and apologized for my experience. I had to pay $125 more to get the house "REALLY CLEANED". This was NOT a good experience and I would NOT recommend this service. No inspection of a job "not so" well done, and no response to make things better. After all.....I hung in there for over a month.
Description of Work: The attempt to clean and "deep clean" my residence. The service was allowed to "clean" for over a month, and just never even got close to "cleaning", in my opinion.
