I first visited Terrell, Texas about four years ago to look at a Victorian home listed by Carolyn. I have worked with her ever since. For four full years (off and on) we worked together to a) get me out of Dallas, b) get me to east Texas, c) help me find a place that met my needs and that I could manage. Carolyn has become a friend in this process and she is an absolute professional. Terrell has lots of Victorian properties and she really knows the old, historic properties. In addition, since Terrell has much farm land and is adjacent to many little areas with farm land, she really knows that, too. She does her homework and will raise concerns if she has any and will help you make an informed decision. Little did I know that my road trip four years ago would lead to a new home in a new town with a new friend. I would promptly recommend Carolyn to anyone home shopping in the area.
