He quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone, offered options for fixing it and then showed up promptly to get it done. He was very pleasant, professional, and affordable! No leaking so far and it has been several days. We will definitely use them again! Thanks!

Our service provider was very personable and remembered being out at the house a couple of years ago. He was knowledgeable and fixed the dryer, a great relief! Additionally, he gave us a good contact number for another person/company who provides a service for the dryer (to blow out lint) that Maytag does not.

All went well except the time it was away for repair was lengthy and repairman could not get any info on the repair progress while it was being serviced.
Serviceman was very nice and wanted to make sure that everything was right before he left.
