He did a real good job of cleaning that up and the price was quite reasonable. I?ve actually had him do grooming. The part that he has taken care is about an acre and I?ve been quite happy. I don?t know if he competitive or not but honestly I didn?t get a lot of budgets. I called a lot of them but they didn?t show up, but he did; so he?s been coming every 2 weeks and taking care of it. I think he's been doing a really meticulous job. We have a big piece of property and it?s not all meticulously landscaped. He has done a good job with the inside yard.
