5 M DESIGNS

I spoke at length with one of the employees at this shop on a Friday back in June regarding a design for a t-shirt for a fundraising project for our big cat refuge, after my husband dropped the artwork by. He assured me he would have the sample design completed on Monday and sent to me by email for review. He knew this was important as we wanted the t-shirts ready for sale before the 4th of July. This never happened, and to this date he has never even emailed me the sample, even after many phone calls, emails and my husband even stopping by there again. They have repeatedly told me they would send the design, but never did. At this point I have given up and will move on. We are a struggling non-profit and the employee seemed sympathetic to my desire to get this design for t-shirts done, but I now realize that he was not sincere and am very disappointed. The design he was going to do was a patriotic design for the 4th as a favor to a friend who had done the artwork. :-( I feel if I had paid them any kind of deposit, I wouldn't have gotten it back. I had to explain to the friend that unfortunately the work never was performed, but that I tried. Surprisingly, I had used this company one time before with satisfactory results, but apparently they don't need the business anymore.
