When I got my system installed, they never informed me that I needed to have it serviced once a year. When it stopped working, I contacted the home office in San Antonio and they had Cody Fritz call me. Both him and his tech Chris were very informative how important it is to have it serviced. I wish Jason’s Water reps would have told me that. After Chris serviced it and found that it was clogged with pebbles. He cleaned it out and it was good to go. These guys are great.
