Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Quick and professional. Will be going back.

This was not my first visit to this VIOC (Valvoline Instant Oil Change) center but I continue to go here because I trust them. They are not the cheapest in town, but I trust that these guys will put the correct fluid in my truck, the correct filter and ensure all my other fluids are topped off as needed. They did all that in a very timely manner. They also know what the correct tire pressure should be in my aftermarket tires (22and quot;) and they ensure those are filled to the correct pressure. This visit they informed me that my wiper fluid was low, but they topped it off. While you are there, they have a very nice and clean waiting area with free cold drinks, magazines, and a basket of candy. Their prices are clearly displayed on the wall. Before your service is complete, one of the technicians will come in and show you your air filter and tell you either it's good and no need to replace, or it's getting close to needing replaced but not at this particular visit, or that it's dirty and needs to be replaced now. They offer to change that for you (for an additional fee of course) The air filter will definitely cost you more than at Walmart, but I usually pay them because of the convenience and I can get it out of the way. They will also come in and show you the engine oil dipstick so you can see that the engine oil is to the correct mark on the dipstick. They keep your information on file so they can tell you when you are due for a transmission service or radiator service. They do this, but they are not pushy about it.
In addition to the oil change service, they also performed a state safety inspection on my truck. This is a not-for-profit- exercise for them.
This VIOC is friendly, professional and they use the oil I like to run in my truck (Valvoline Duramax semi-synthetic) I get a $2.00 discount, but even aside from that I would go here for my oil changes. There have been times when they've been closed and I'm heading out of town on a long trip and want my oil changed so I've had to go to another oil change place, but I always come back.
