They were on time, courteous and did a great job. They moved furniture around for me and helped me. They just did a marvelous job. I vacuumed for two days prior to that with a Rainbow vacuum cleaner to get out cat fur, people fur and whatever. They came in and sucked up. They did a wonderful job. They were working in here for probably more than three or four hours. It's not a large house. But, the area is kind of funny. It's about 500 sq ft living area. Hallway is another 100 sq. ft. They showed up when they said. They were well spoken and mannered.

I have used Stanley Steamer in the past for carpets and they did an excellent job. This is about the tile cleaning.
I was disappointed in the job they did. Two men came out and did the work fairly quickly- about the same as cleaning my carpets, only I paid a lot more. The results were varied. The grout is darker near the cabinets and much darker in the main cooking area which is what I really wanted clean. They would say it had heavier use, therefore it wouldn't come as clean, but it would have just taken some extra effort. I have cleaned it myself before and gotten it very clean. It was hard to tell how it would look at the time, because it was wet. They told me the darker places would dry lighter. When sealing the grout, I noticed the man was just bending over and pouring the sealer along the grout lines. I do not know if he could have maintained that position for all the grout. I hope it is sealed well. Anyway, I was really disappointed at first- I waited a long time to spend this much money to have it done. Now I don't notice it as much. (3 months later)

The work was very well done. The carpet was really clean. The guy who did the work showed up when he was supposed to do. He did the work pretty fast.

I submitted a review in August, but today's work was much more intensive since I have a cat who has had a bladder infection and simply destroyed one bedroom and a small hall after my previous service occurred. I spent September and October and part of November trying to remove the urine and odor myself. Many expensive products later - not to mentioning the huge number of labor intensive hours, nothing was working. Today I had Stanley Steemer come out with the sole purpose of removing the urine and odor. It took them almost an hour for the two areas and they really hit it hard - spot remover, steaming, deodorant, and teflon coating (to make it easier to clean up in the future). Even more important, David Diaz, the crew chief, spent a long time explaining how the products work, and what to do to reduce the problem in the future. His experience and knowledge really helped me. One thing that I found amazing and would help anyone with a pet who urinates on walls, floors, or carpet - black light flashlight. You can buy one at Wal-Mart for $8.88 and is worth its weight in gold.

They cleaned the carpet in the home we just purchased, they did a great job and the carpets looked great...I was amazed at how clean they came as we didn't have much expectations on saving these carpet. We have been in the house for almost 2 months now and the dirty has all come back though....Put at least the smells are gone and we can live with it until we replace the carpet...I feel the underlay is the cheap stuff so the stains go into the underlay and when you shampoo the carpet the stains don't come out of the underlay....Over all the guys where great and I would use them again...When I replace my carpet I will get a underlay upgrade so that the underlay has a they protection guard that stops spills from soaking into the underlay
the to gentleman who did the job got there ahead of time, did the job and took pride tin their work, the where very professional and polite...

The company was punctual and was here exactly when they said they would be. They were very careful about protecting our floors to prevent scratching the wood floors. The job was made more difficult because we have five cats, two of whom urinate on the walls (soaking the carpet). They were able to remove spots that I did not think could be removed, and remove all odors throughout the rooms. The carpet looked almost like new - and it is almost ten years old.The young men were very friendly and responsive to my questions.This company, located in Temple, Texas is excellent and I highly recommend them.
