Technician came in and made repair the sprayer that was installed about a month ago. No charge.

Couldn't have been better!

They fixed the problem and it took them two hours and they did it in a short order and they did it right, on time and on price.

I couldn't have done a better, more professional job had I been able to do it myself.  They were punctual, courteous, competent, and professional, everyone should experience this level of business at least once.

Shaun took time to explain in detail exactly what he would need to do to address the leak.  He worked efficiently and did a thorough job in part one of fixing the leak.  Our house was built in the seventies, so he had a few challenges with the way the original copper pipe was installed.  He explained that the approach these days was to reroute the new pipes overhead in the attic rather than tearing up the foundation to find the leak and try to repair the leaky pipe.  He said it was far more cost efficient and proved to be a better way of handling this type of plumbing problem. 
When Shaun returned to reroute the hot water pipe, he brought another plumber with him and together, they completed the job in short order.  The two worked together well, kept me posted on what was happening and overall did a very nice job.  I have the confidence now to call on Staas Plumbing in Temple for all my future plumbing needs.  They are professional, do quality work and pricewise, I believe they are in line with most other plumbers in our area.

This turned out to be a huge job that was underbid, but the company honored their bid.  After three days, a broken water pipe, incredibly small crawl spaces and a faulty pressure gauge the job was done!  The crew was very professional and friendly, always keeping a sense of humor.  We had to call them back after the job was done, because the gas company gave misinformation on where they needed the meter to be, but that was not due to any fault of Staas Plumbing.  
I first decided on Staas because they were the only ones to return my call, but I was happy with them professionally and personally and I will call on them again. Scotty and Justin, we are getting ready to replace the water heater.......heads us! :)

The electric hot water heater in my home was leaking at the water inlet connection on top of the unit. I submitted a service request to Staas Plumbing on Sunday, September 11. 2011, via their website. I received a call from Staas Plumbing at 8:30 AM the next day, Monday September 12, to get my permission to send a service man out. The service man arrived around 9:30 AM. I showed him the problem and he said he could replace the leaking hose right then. He gave me an estimate of around $100, which seemed reasonable. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. The total bill was a little over $110. I was very pleased with the service provided and the amount charged. I do not hesitate in recommending Staas Plumbing to others. In a few months, I plan to call them to make an estmate for installing a new hot water heater. The service man said that estimate will be free.
