He was witty. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He was familiar with Matag appliances. It had a unusual problem. I don't thing Maytag finds it very often, but he was able to quickly figure out the cause of the problem. He understood a portion of the oven was irreparable and he took it off and brought in the next day. I would grade him highly overall. I don't know anyone would have done it better. I would use the company if needed to.
