 + -1 moreHe showed up on time, did the work requested in a timely and professional manner then cleaned up the work areas leaving them as clean as he found them.
Description of Work: He replaced a rusted cover on kitchen sink hole, replaced a worn out stopper in bathroom sink and replaced a faucet in the second bathroom. He then cleaned up after himself.

Description of Work: Removed old popcorn texture in two bathrooms and retextured and painted bathroom ceilings. Removed damaged masonite siding and replaced with cement board. One side damage was contained in bottom 2 feet of masonite so he was able to save me cost by cutting out the bottom 2 feet and install new cement board with a 'z' strip. The new siding was painted to match the old paint. Was surprised at how well the paint matched.

 + -1 moreHe's been awesome. He's the one that our land owner uses. He's not the one who's going to wake me for tools or anything like that. He's extremely courteous and he would only come by if I am there. He not only does the job but also cleans up after himself and makes everything better than it was before he got there. He's very conscious of my home and doesn't do anything to disturb that. He just does his job exceptionally well and I've had no problems with what so ever that anything he's done. He's done beyond what I've asked him to do and he's been amazing. I would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Shawn Hedrick for handyman services and he does total home repair.
