He's been awesome. He's the one that our land owner uses. He's not the one who's going to wake me for tools or anything like that. He's extremely courteous and he would only come by if I am there. He not only does the job but also cleans up after himself and makes everything better than it was before he got there. He's very conscious of my home and doesn't do anything to disturb that. He just does his job exceptionally well and I've had no problems with what so ever that anything he's done. He's done beyond what I've asked him to do and he's been amazing. I would use him again in the future.
