In a word...unprofessional. Our AC broke during the hottest time of year. Rubac went back and forth with us for weeks- canceling appointments constantly. When they did show up it was usually 1-2 hours late. After having us spend $500 on a new part, our AC was still not working. Scheduled another meeting, which they were (guess what?) late for...only to find out that it was now going to cost $3600 for a new air handler. We immediately sought after another opinion. Moore AC in Belton was outstanding. We called at 2pm on a Thursday and they were at our house by 4 that day. They gave us a rough estimate and came in at $1000 less than Rubac. Please do your research before choosing Rubac. Our experience was an awful one at best.

They came to do routine service of our heating unit before the winter. They found that a control board wasn't functioning properly and ordered a replacement part. Two days later, they called and came within the hour to install the part. Total cost included the part plus two trips and over 2 hours of service time. A very reasonable charge!
I have been using Rubac's for my heat/AC and plumbing for over twenty years and I've never had a bad encounter. They are prompt, professional and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them!

Anytime we call, they come when they say., We tell them what is wrong and needs repaired. They examine and come back and give a price. They never go over. The work is relable and lasts.

Company was very professional and was able to install gas lines throughout the house and everything was done as planned. The workers were very polite, and everything was done as contracted with no problems at all. I would hire then again.
