Rick Wright Remodeling

I live in an old Victorian and wanted a contractor that would understood old houses and appreciated the existing architechtural elements. I cannot say enough good things about this contractor and his crew. The bid was within the price range that I had anticipated, the work done was exceptional---attention to detail, they were here everyday on time and they put in a full days work. When I say they- that includes Rick. He was on the job everyday-all day to make sure that everything was done correctly. To make sure that the new addtion would match the house, he saved the existing siding(not made anymore) for reuse and ordered special moldings to match the existing on the exterior. He went beyond the plans to make sure the addition did NOT look like an addition. You would think that this new bathroom had been here for a hundred years. The new paint job on the house was to be a painters nightmare- 5 different colors with specific places for each. Rick and his crew took it as a given and followed all requests without complaint-- they also replaced and repaired any/all rotten wood-- some of which I did not even know was needed. We did have some surprises that put the bid a little over, but again, this was something I had expected and had included in my budget. The job went a little over the 2 months that was quoted, but that was due to me and the city inspectors- not Rick. Yes, all permits and inspections were done. If you want top quality work at a reasonable price--- this company is the one.
