Description of Work: I needed them to come out and fix a leak in my air conditioner which they installed 3 years ago and had a leak at time of installation. Was originally fixed but has begun leaking again. I thought because they were the ones to install the unit it would be best to call them and have them fix it or replace the unit which is still under warranty. So I contacted them, For 3 days I was told someone would come out or call and neither happened. If you do quality work I would think you would want to make sure your customers are taken care of and happy with your style of business. I am not an unreasonable person! I understand that things come up or emergencies occur however if you tell someone your coming and don't show or call that's not good business.

 + -1 moreUnable to get an time for an estimate, needed afterhours or weekend ( I needed a committed time because I would have to drive 60 miles and take off of work to let them in). I believe this was a bad week for the company to travel outside of the city limits to evaluate the job (rural church). I guess I was unsuccessful in communicating that I needed to know before I ok''d a contractor to perform the work. Because I was spending someone elses money, I needed to ensure it was within reason. We were going to award the job to whom ever would come out to do the estimate. Time was of the essence on this project, not so much the price. We wanted to have a closer contractor to perform the job incase of trouble with system. If I remember correctly he didn't work on weekends. I am unable to promote the company or to comment on their service. I would make note that you can't judge a book by it's cover goes both ways. Gawain
