Description of Work: Rented house that was in substandard condition: no insulation and leaky windows as well as being visibly not level. Although I was an excellent tenant, kept the house and grounds immaculate and in better condition than when I moved in and always paid on time, I had difficulty getting Real Star to respond to requests for normal wear and tear maintenance. I also did not receive a refund on my security deposit despite leaving the house in better condition than when I moved in and providing several requests both in writing and by phone.
