"Pods Central Texas has been in business for over six years and has served over 4,000 customers; many of them soldiers and students. This customer rented from PODS Central Texas from August 9th, 2012 to Oct 2, 2012. Their pricing was based upon delivery and redelivery to a Temple, TX zip code. On September 25th, 2012, which was six weeks after the initial delivery, the customer requested a quote to transport their two containers to a zip code 100 mi away (200 mi. round trip) and objected to the quoted price. We placed the two containers outside our secure, climate controlled storage facility at no cost. The customer then made other arrangements to get their belongings to their final destination."
