OIL EXCHANGE

This is a smaller establishment, but one I go to when I cannot make it to my usual oil change place.  They carry the oil I use (Valvoline Duramax) and are very efficient.  They also performed a test on my anti-freeze and told me that it was out of scope and needed flushing.  Since I live in Central Texas, I decided to follow their advice considering the heat our vehicles have to deal with in this location.  They also fixed an issue that is a bit off the books...  For a couple of weeks my wife had been complaining of a bad smell near one of my vehicles, but I couldn't figure out what it was.  These guys noticed the smell and spent a while looking for the culprit.  They finally found the remains of a mouse that was a victim of one of my cooling fans, but had gotten lodged in the cowling somehow and that's what was raising a nasty odor.  Anyway, they located and removed it which to me is going way above and beyond the normal responsibilities of an oil change facility.  They  also checked and topped off other fluids as necessary, but they do not perform state inspections here. 
All in all the price for the oil change is cheaper than what I normally pay at my local VIOC, but the Oil Change is open more hours and sometimes it is just more convenient to come to this location.  I do trust these guys with my vehicles, and have no problem recommending them.  They performed the oil change, filter change, and flushed my radiator and put in new fluid in a very timely manner.   The ONLY complaint I have is that the AC was not working in the office/waiting area and it was stinking hot that day.  However that has no bearing on their professionalism and efficiency.
