Scott & Shawn did a wonderful job on our shower remodel. Both were very courteous and professional. Finally a contractor that does what they say they will do for the price that they say they will do it! Highly recommend them.

Scott and Shawn did an AMAZING job installing our IKEA kitchen from start to finish, new bathroom furniture and a couple of "little" things around the house. We are very happy that we have went with Massey Pros after seeing the attention to detail, leaving the job site clean at the day's end and the overall pleasant work environment and easy communication. After the countertop slipped and snapped during install, Mr Massey took it upon himself to go get and replace the countertop without a question. I can't praise Scott and Shawn enough for their professionalism, craftmanship and excellent customer service! We know who we will call for any future projects, Thank you, Massey Pros!

Unfortunately you do not have A+ nor I would have given him that score. Scott and his crew were very professional and prompt. They treated my home as they would their own. Cleaning up every afternoon when they were done for the day. I do not mean they picked up their tools and out them out of the way, which they did but they but they vacuumed as well. They were aware that I had cats and made sure that doors were closed and any area where they might get loose or hurt was not available to them. That I really appreciated that. The work was done in the time frame stated and it is top notch, as well as beautiful. I could not be happier with the work done and if I ever need any other work Scott i8t the first one I will call.

I was in a situation where I had to do something with the bathroom or look into some kind of assisted living facility.  They were very professional and very prompt.  They cleaned up every day before they left.  I have been around construction most of my life and this is the first group I have worked with that I would let them do anything for me.  They did an excellent job!  They had to replace some of the tile floor.  Scott Massey came in and listened to what I was saying.  He presented me with a complete drawing of what they were gong to do.  He impressed me.  He was able to keep my glass block window and he did have to move two of the light fixtures and he originally told me he might have to.  The work is perfect.  I can't say enough about this group.  They really are excellent.

To say great is to use an understatement. Scott and his crew started the remodel on a Thursday and completed the job the following Thursday. Every one was extremely professional. I had the bath off the master bedroom redone to include a walk in shower. The men asked my opinion throughout the work and wanted my input. Scott was there just about everyday and offered suggestions as we went along, especially in ways that would make the area more useful. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day, vacuuming and wiping down surfaces so that there was a minimal amount of dust or debris left laying around. they were all very mindful to not let my cats escape during the remodel. My space now includes a large walk in shower and big additional closet. They painted the entire room and just to top off my day they hung my spice racks for me. Not part of the deal. I highly recommend this company for any type of remodeling or work around the house you can't go wrong.

I came to this web site to provide feedback for Massey Pros of Temple, Texas, on a bathroom upgrade Scott Massey and Shawn, Scotts right hand man on this job, performed for us. However, after reviewing the testimonials given on his web site I thought “what can I say that hasn’t already been said?” I totally agree with all the superlatives stated there. Scott is a professional craftsman who is meticulous in his work, provides excellence in customer service, maintains cleanliness and order in the work space, and completed the task on schedule, and to our complete satisfaction. I have already recommended Massey Pros to a neighbor and will definitely use this company for additional projects I have planned. If you are real lucky you may find another contractor who may do a job as well as Massey Pros, but you definitely will not fine anyone who will do it better.

Very professional and honest with opinions on estimates for kitchen remodel work. I was very impressed with the range of handyman assistance they were able to provide that same day from correcting a garage door and repairing a frame to replacing an attic entrance and assisting us with problem-solving a leaky shower issue.

I would definitely recommend this company!

He was extremely helpful with his suggestions on what to do. Work was done in a day. He had everything he needed, was extremely professional, and did amazing work. He will be doing our kitchen when we are ready. Highly recommended.

We were so pleased with their quality of work and professionalism. Nice work. Would recommend them to friends and family. We plan on using them again. Their service was very respectable and concerned about what we wanted.  If they didn't know how to help us, they referred us to very reliable people (ie counters, floor tile, and back splash).

All projects were completed as asked and in a very timely fashion. He was completely honest and fair in his pricing. He is one of those "old school" guys who's word is his bond.
