If the vehicle is under warranty, then need to take it to the dealership; otherwise, the warranty won't cover anything. The price is same like everybody else. They are responsive.

Was looking for a jeep and already had all my financing and searching done. When talking with the dealership was assured that they had the jeep I wanted. But they kept trying to get me to "come in and do THEIR financing" I told them I wasn't interested. I did have a truck to trade and knew that they would need to see it to complete the deal. As we got closer to the time we went from I have what you want on the lot, to I can find it and have it for you, to I can find it and go get it for you, to we'll have to look at your truck then see if we can find it. However, they made it clear that they had several other "options" available. (Of course these are all more expensive and would require me to use their financing.)
I ended up buying from another dealer who simply showed me what they had which included what I wanted. Which was interesting because the dealership is in the next town over BUT the original one assured me there were NO white manual jeep wranglers in Texas!
