COMPANY WOULD NOT PROVIDE INVOICE/RECEIPT!!! They replaced my old cast iron kitchen line for $1800.00. The company did quality work, but I can’t recommend them because they don’t follow through with customer after the service.

Excellent service, but very expensive. Quoted us $1200 - $1700 for the water heater install, charged us $1700. Charged us $100 for the toilet and $200 for the dishwasher. $2,000 total. Total time on site was about 5 hours, with 2 guys here working. That's $200/hr. Pretty steep. Should have gotten an hourly rate before hand, rather than a quoted range, and then they arbitrarily pick the higher number. I would work with them again, but I would make sure to get their hourly rate and have them charge me hourly, or at least insist on a clearer fixed rate, rather than a range. I knew our water heater would be easier to install than most, because of unusually easy access, so I expected the lower end of the quoted range (and judging by how quickly they got it done, I was right). Instead, they charged us the max quoted price.

We were surprised this Friday afternoon when the cleaning crew was here and discovered a leak under our kitchen sink.
With it being afternoon on a Friday, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find someone to come out and investigate and
repair said leak.  I called someone I had used before and had been happy with but they weren't going to be able to come over
until Monday.
I went back to a list of plumbers that I had gotten references on before and decided to give Liberty a call.  They showed
right up, investigated and solved my issue promptly, for which I am very thankful.
I will definitely use Liberty Plumbing again in the future.
