KIELLA HOMEBUILDERS
About us
Kiella Homebuilders, an award-winning Temple TX home builder, has been building new homes in Central Texas for more than 30 years. What started as a homebuilding company has since evolved into a multifaceted entity specializing in real estate investment, land acquisition and development, commercial real estate and homebuilding. We currently build in twelve communities within walking distance to distinguished schools and minutes from outdoor recreation, shopping, dining, and health care centers. Our vision is to not only build homes, but to build communities where people can live, work, and play. Our commercial real estate division is actively working to develop sustainable properties in attractive locations. Although we work with national businesses interested in locations in our area, our true passion lies in creating safe and efficient workplaces for our local businesses to grow. Our experienced team initiates, develops, leases and sells commercial properties with a specialty in executive buildings, health care centers, and retail complexes. In addition to new construction, we have remodeled executive offices and restaurants in Downtown Temple like Pignetti’s, Cheeve’s Bros, and DB Commercial Real Estate office. As a homebuilder, we understand that where you live is defined by more than an address. Home is a safe haven where lasting memories are born, where your family is raised, where you meet new friends and welcome the old. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance and we take pride in quality craftsmanship, customer care and integrity. We want our customers to enjoy their home as much as we enjoyed building it. With many years of experience, our cohesive team is prepared to simplify the home buying process and be your guide along the way! We welcome you to stop by our office and learn more about Temple TX home builder, Kiella, and our passion for this community.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the solutions offered by our team to ease your concerns about what you felt were damages to your home. Our Sales Manager and Construction Manager both reviewed the warranty procedures with you on more than one occasion to determine what is and what is not warrantable after closing. Standard features in the home vary by community and all features included in the sales price are disclosed before/at the time of contract. Our team works diligently to ensure that all our homebuyers' needs are met in a timely and fashionable manner, and we are sorry that you were unable to work with any of the options provided to you."
"Hi [Member Name Removed], We're disappointed to hear that you're unhappy with your experience with us. We understand the solutions that have been provided to you thus far were not up to your standards. Our warranty department goes above and beyond to ensure our buyers are satisfied with their new Kiella homes and have been working with you on these concerns. We noticed that some of the photos left with your review were from August, and the repairs have since been completed. As for the other items you have noted to our team, we are continuing to work diligently to schedule and provide maintenance on your home. Many of the cosmetic repairs that you have expressed concern over are not warrantable issues, but rather, considered normal wear and tear as your home is occupied. However, we have since resolved most of these items as a courtesy to you. As always, we complete our repairs to the best of our ability with the utmost care and respect to the home and homeowner. It is recommended to refer to your Homeowner's Maintenance Manual for ways to maintain your home's beauty and integrity. Although we understand this can be a frustrating process, Kiella Homebuilders is committed to doing what is best for our community and homebuyers. Our team remains committed to putting our customers first."
The longer I live here, the more crooked things I find. Nothing is centered - not the kitchen sink, not the lights above it. In the Master Bathroom, there is one side of the bathroom door where the wall is 1 inch wide at the bottom and nearly 3 inches wide at the top.
There are corners where the shoe molding and baseboards don't meet.
The list goes on and I have at least 20 pictures that I have taken as I find things while I am cleaning or up on a ladder changing light bulbs or furnace filters.
We have built 3 homes before this and have never had such sub-par workmanship as this. It is such a disappointment.
