Johnson Brothers Ford - that's where I bought it, that's where I get it maintained, and that's it.? It's the Ford dealership here in town.? When I talk to those guys down there - when I buy the vehicle - I always take out the extended warranty and the extended maintenance, so I don't pay anything for six years.? I give them A all the way down the line.? They're good people.?

As always met at the door, found my info as I am a previous customer ( for 15 years now) and gave me my estimated time my vehicle would be ready after getting and quot; The worksand quot;.. Within 5 minutes of appointed time my vehicle was ready. Check out super fast and we were on our way in 30 Min. Has always done a really good job, but since their move they have been awesome.

Had no appointment, pulled in and they took the truck and started working on it, performing the oil change, I had already tried to get the oil change from the dealership that the truck was purchased at, but they would not do it without an appointment. Johnson Brother Ford was so good and friendly. I believe I will be buying my next vehicle from them. GREAT JOB and PROFESSIONLISM.

We visited five dealerships in our quest to purchase a new car. Much like Goldie locks some were pushy, some were locked into their high pressure sales pitches with $2000 dealer add-on to put vin numbers on the glass and wax the paint, others just did not know their product. Then we met Michael Moneyhun and Johnson Brothers Ford.
A friendly no pressure dealership. Michael showed us each of the cars we asked to see as we walked the dealership’s large inventory. There was a large selection of models, styles and colors. When we asked to test drive we got into vehicles that had plenty of fuel and were ready to go. The test drive was without pressure and we were able to drive a number of different roads to truly get a feel for the car. Michael knows the vehicles and their features and provides the details in great conversational manner.
The negotiation was fast and fair with the dealership contacting a number of sources to obtain the best price for our trade. The final price came in where buying services said it should. On the day we took delivery of our new Ford Michael was off but he came in to make the final delivery and set the vehicle up for my wife and I. We left the dealership with a detailed car, full of fuel, key fobs programed, cellphones paired and phone directories uploaded into the vehicle.

oe McCartney in the finance center did not push high dollar options or add-ons when were completing the sale.
This is the dealership to visit if you are tired of being stalked, pressured or told “how much do you have to spend” over and over.

After purchasing a 2012 Ford Focus, I had the scheduled maintenance performed by the dealership service department. They were polite and professional. The service didn't take very long but they were not so fast as to make you think they were rushing. Although they cost just a few more dollars than other places, the assurance of having the service performed corectly with the proper parts was worth the small extra cost. We will definitely use them again!

My family went to this particular dealership in March 2012 out of a high interest in the 2012 Ford Focus. We were looking for a particular blue on the Focus. Unfortunately , they did not have it on their lot. We walked into the showroom and was greeted by Jack Anderson a sales consultant. We told him what we were looking for and he went and checked other dealerships to see if they had it. He came back and told us that no one had the model and color of the Focus we were looking for. Now this is where it gets good. Jack showed us a red sports edition Focus that was $5,000 more than what we were looking to spend. Jack gave us the sports edition model for the same price as the base model focus and sweetened the deal by adding a service package for the life of the loan. We could not walk away from a deal like that. Jack done up the paperwork and handed us over to Joe the finance manager. Joe is a laid back guy who will play hardball for you until he gets his way. Now I will be honest, our credit isn't to bad but we do have a forclosure on our credit. For Joe, that was not a problem. He got us financed with Ford Motor Credit at 6.8%. Jack and Joe are the dynamic duo. These two gentleman also helped me get my sons car financed this month. 2 cars back to back. It is unbelieveable how customer focused that these people are. If your in the market for a Ford, come to Johnson Brothers Ford and ask to deal with Jack and Joe.
