Accessed the condition of the old system (15+ years old). |Recommended a new system. Installed it when they said they would. |Great service!

Mr. Hoelscher was accomdating and available to trouble shoot a non exsistent problem and we want to Thank him for his consideration to ensure we're satisfied.
He set a time to come out and visit to perform the estimate and didn't hesitate in accomadating our schedule, Gave sound advice of the things we should consider most, considering we are working without the blueprints for this project ( still in competion stage of building a new santcuary). Why the blueprints aren't available is another story.
Yet, he was able to come at our convience and made two additional trips, one for testing (almost 2 months later) since our additional circuits for the septic and the AC were being installed and a second time for testing his work.
I will conclude with one of our first services where we intended to use the system it was in early 2012, first use mind you and it just didn't feel right. Matt came out and couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. I trusted he came out and look at the system didn't say anything at the time other than to myself, man I hope this thing works out ok, because I'm the one that choose him. Needless to say we haven't had a days' problem and are very pleased. During both seasons now we have had to turn down the heat and the cool.

Very easy and professional from statr to finish. Guote was made on 4/19/2012 and installed on 4/24/2012. Even trough the heater element went into the attic and required take the folding ladder down to get it in and removing the door to the outside gate to get the unit in the backyard the installation went very smooth. Their wasn't any additional charges.
